As soon as you receive a new Swisscom bill, you can pay it with your credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or TWINT.

  1. Log in to My Swisscom(opens in new tab)
  2. Select the outstanding bill. Select “Pay online”.
  3. Choose whether to pay by credit card or TWINT.
  4. Follow the instructions.

As soon as you receive a new Swisscom bill, you can pay it via E-banking, like other bills.

The account details are on your bill. You can also find them in My Swisscom(opens in new tab) at any time.

Direct debit is an instruction from you to your bank, authorising the automatic payment of Swisscom bills when they fall due. Once set up, no further action is required on your part. The process is the same with PostFinance.
