About Swisscom Benefits

Swisscom Benefits is a loyalty programme for existing customers. It includes monthly competitions with instant and quarterly prizes, an annual loyalty gift, special offers and much more besides.

Who is Swisscom Benefits for?

The programme is open to all customers with an Internet or mobile subscription (excluding Prepaid). Loyalty gifts are only available after the end of the first completed contract year.

How often will new benefits be added?

Swisscom is looking to keep adding interesting benefits to the platform, so keep checking back regularly to make sure you don’t miss out on any deals.

How many offers can I claim at the same time?

A customer can claim as many offers as they like, with the exception of loyalty gifts, where only one of the three offers can be selected.
