Yes, Swisscom does offer the option of choosing your own fixed network number (Top Number). Top Numbers are divided into different price classes. To order your preferred number, simply call freephone number 0800 800 800. Please note, however, that not all numbers are always available.

Select your desired product and, depending on the subscription, order online or by calling freephone number  0800 800 800. When ordering, simply provide your contact details and payment information and follow the instructions. Swisscom will then manage the subscription change for you.

Yes, after expiry of the minimum service period, you can cancel your fixed network subscription at the end of a month subject to a two-month notice period. Notice periods and fees depend on the applicable terms and conditions and the selected tariff. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your fixed network subscription.

The free Callfilter stops calls from suspicious call centres by blocking numbers that meet specific criteria. When activating Callfilter in My Swisscom (Customer Center), you choose whether to only block advertising calls or whether to also block all anonymous calls and calls from unknown numbers.
