Block mobile services

With a Swisscom mobile subscription, value-added services (calls to 0900-/0901 numbers and mobile payments) are automatically blocked for anyone under 16. To remove the block, call us on 0800 800 800.

The block ends automatically on the child’s sixteenth birthday. You can reactivate it in My Swisscom.
