We can usually resolve your problem straight away on the Swisscom My Service hotline. If necessary, you will be given a prompt appointment at a Shop or in your home. 

All-In Standard: small households of up to 2 people, for all devices

All-In Plus: larger households of up to 5 people, for all devices

Computer Basic: computer, printer and Smart Home for 1 person

Mobile Basic: smartphone, tablet and smartwatch for 1 person (support at Shop only)

Mobile Light: for 1 smartphone or tablet (support at Shop only)

The specified services are included in the My Service subscription fee, which saves you money. For instance, without a subscription, 30 minutes of support on the hotline costs 80.–.

Swisscom My Service products are available to Swisscom customers and non-customers alike. The only requirement is a free Swisscom login. A minimum contract period of 12 months applies to all subscriptions.
