Adjusting the TV channel list

Change the order and delete or add channels: you are in control of your TV channel listing. Adjust your personal list on your TV or in My Swisscom.  

In My Swisscom

It’s easy to adjust the channel list on your smartphone or computer. Simply log in to My Swisscom and change the channel list or create a new personal list.

On the TV (Swisscom TV-Box)

  1. Press the ‘Home’ button on your Swisscom TV remote control. 
  2. Select the cogwheel icon in the top left to access the settings. 
  3. Select TV and radio ​ TV channel lists. 
  4. Create a new channel list or edit an existing list. 
  5. Use the arrow keys to move the channels to the position you want. You can also assign a channel position by choosing the ‘Position’ option for a specific channel and entering the desired number. 
  6. Choose Save to confirm. The list is active immediately.

Switching to a different TV channel list

Have you saved multiple channel lists? You can switch to a different channel list with the Swisscom TV remote control by pressing the TV Guide button, then selecting ‘Option’.  

Viewing the TV channel list

Press the TV Guide button on the Swisscom TV remote control. This takes you to an overview of all the TV channels.

You can also view the channel list at any time in My Swisscom(opens in new tab) and print it out if required.
