What terms apply to the PlayStation®5 offer?

When you take out a new blue Internet M or L subscription, you’ll receive the PlayStation®5 worth 549.– for free.
Exclusive online: free activation worth 99.90.
Offer available until 30.06.2024 or while stocks last.
Minimum subscription period for blue Internet M or L is 36 months.
If the contract is not concluded or if you rescind it and you have already received the PlayStation®5, the full purchase price of the device, the costs of any routers and TV-Boxes that have been handed over, and a flat rate of 200.– will be charged.
Offer not valid with a simple change of subscription.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Only one device to be received per person.

How do I receive the PlayStation®5 offer?

Sign up for a new blue Internet M or L subscription and you will receive a PlayStation®5 worth 549.– for free.
Internet activation is required by 03.11.2024 in order to receive the PlayStation®5. You can specify this in the ordering process.
All items (PlayStation®5 and WLAN router) will be delivered by post 2-3 days before internet activation.

How can you benefit from the PS5 promotion if you are still with another Internet provider?

To change your Internet provider, you need to:

Cancel your existing contract: To do this, contact your provider and cancel the contract.
You will then receive a termination confirmation from your provider stating the end of the contract.
Once you have received this confirmation, you can order online a new subscription with the PS5 promotion from Swisscom.
In the order process, you must state the end of your old contract. If it is a weekend day, simply select the day before the weekend.
Then order the new subscription with the PS5 promotion and you're done.

I already have a Swisscom Internet subscription – can I benefit? 

Existing customers can only benefit from the subscription offer by taking out a new, additional blue Internet M or L for another location.  

What conditions apply to the Disney+ offer?

Contract details and conditions

When you take out a new blue Internet contract (with/without blue TV), you will receive 6 months Disney+ Standard with ads as a credit (total value: 47.40 (6 x 7.90/mth)).
Credit available after ordering with an e-mail address.

Activation of the Disney+ offer

The Disney+ option is activated automatically after activation of the blue Internet or blue TV.
The free 6 months run from the time the option is activated.
During 6 months, 7.90 will be deducted from the bill as a credit note.

Conditions and contract terms for Disney+ offer

The Disney+ option can be linked to Disney via this link(opens in new tab).
If this link is made, the Disney+ option will continue to run for a fee of 7.90/mth after the promotion expires.
If the option is not linked to Disney, there are no costs after 6 months.

Possible change of Disney+ subscription

You can switch from Disney+ Standard with ads to the Standard without ads or Premium subscription model during the free 6 months.
Until the end of the 6 months, you will continue to receive the credit of 7.90 and pay the surcharge for the higher option.
The change results in a minimum contract period of 12 months (from the time of the change).
Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is not possible before the Disney+ minimum contract period of 12 months has expired.
Cancellation period is 1 month in each case (first possible at the end of the minimum contract period for annual subscriptions).
If you already have a Disney+ subscription with Disney, you may be billed twice. If the existing Disney+ subscription is billed by a third party, you must manage your account directly with this third party in order to benefit from the Swisscom promotion. The Disney+ GTC apply.

Consequences of contract cancellation or early termination

If the contract is cancelled or terminated prematurely and Disney+ credit has already been purchased, the total value of the credit and a lump sum of 200.– will be charged.
In addition to the remaining blue Internet and blue TV subscription fees, the costs of the router and the TV boxes purchased will also be charged.

Offer for existing Swisscom customers

Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new / additional blue Internet (with/without TV).
Customers may only benefit from the Disney+ offer once within a 6-month period, even if they take out blue Mobile and blue Internet at the same time or at different times.
