Mark Düsener has been Head of the IT, Network and Infrastructure division and a member of the Swisscom Group Executive Board since September 2024. He has been with Swisscom since November 2020 and was most recently head of the Mobile Network, Mobile Services & B2B Telco unit. In this role, he was already a member of the IT, Network & Infrastructure division management. Prior to this, Mark Düsener was Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Healthcare Solutions GmbH, where he was responsible for the company’s global healthcare business. Between 2000 and 2017, he held various positions at Vodafone Germany, where he was responsible, amongst other things, for developing the handset strategy, managing the LTE auctions and planning the 4G rollout in Germany.
