With Disney+, you can choose from an always-growing collection of stories:
After placing your order, you need to create a Disney+ account. After ordering, the confirmation page has a link (on the Internet) or a QR code (on the TV) that takes you to Disney+, where you can complete your registration. The link will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail. Important: you will need to use this specific link to register.
Yes, you can switch to a higher-priced travelcard at any time. The credit will be applied to the higher-priced travelcard during the promotion, i.e. you only pay the difference to the higher price until the end of the promotion.
Version 1: If you have already subscribed to the same or a lower-cost Disney+ service (e.g. Disney+ Standard with ads) directly from Disney+ with the same e-mail address, Disney+ will suspend your existing account automatically after receiving an order via your Swisscom account. You can then continue to use your new Disney+ account with Swisscom using the same login and password. After completing your registration with Disney+, you will receive an e-mail with everything you need to know about suspending your existing subscription.
Version 2: If you have subscribed to a higher-cost Disney+ service (e.g. Disney+ Premium) directly from Disney+ with the same e-mail address and switch to a new, lower-cost Disney+ service with Swisscom (e.g. Disney+ Standard with ads), then you can cancel your Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ settings. After completing your registration with Disney+, you will receive an e-mail with the relevant information. Version 3: If you have signed up to Disney+ via an app provider (e.g. Apple, Google etc.), after completing your registration you will receive an e-mail with everything you need to know about managing your existing subscription.
Version 4: If your Disney+ subscription was taken out with Disney+ directly, but you used a different e-mail address than the one registered to your Swisscom account, then you can cancel your Disney+ subscription yourself. You can do this in your Disney+ settings.
You can switch to a higher-value Disney+ subscription at any time, provided it is the same subscription model (monthly or annual), or you switch to an annual subscription. You can only switch to a cheaper subscription or to a subscription with a shorter term at the end of the minimum contract term.
The Disney+ monthly subscription is flexible; you can cancel it any month. The Disney+ annual subscription offers a price advantage, but ties you in for 12 months. The cancellation period for both is 1 month, but please note the minimum contract period for the annual subscription (12 months).
All plans may include theatrical trailers, promotion of Disney products and services, sponsorship and alike. Video and audio quality subject to internet service and device capabilities. Standard with Ads Plan: device support varies, no content download functionality.
