• Addressing: Even though we address you as "Sie" on our website, we are on a first-name basis ("Du") in the community.
• Specific phrasing: Write your questions and answers briefly and concisely.
• Solution: If someone answers your question accurately, mark that answer as a solution.
• Protection of personal data: Your posts are public. Therefore, do not share any personal and confidential information.
• Respectful interaction: Always write in a way you would like to be addressed yourself. Do not provoke or insult.
• Taboo: Posts that are defamatory, slanderous, racist, pornographic, and/or similar are prohibited.
• Link culture: Links to other websites are only desired and allowed if they are related to Swisscom or Swisscom related topics.
• Consequences: If the community rules are disregarded, Swisscom reserves the right to adjust or delete entries without comment. All violations result in sanctions - such as warnings or permanent bans.
