Internet-Box 4 is Swisscom’s new fibre-optic router for internet speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s. It features a 10 Gbit/s Ethernet port and the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard, offering a faster WLAN speed, greater WLAN capacity and less downtime.

Easy installation
Once connected, the Internet-Box is instantly configured automatically. This is also the case if you change the router – all passwords and settings are retained.

Smart WLAN
Thanks to band steering, your devices (e.g. mobile phone or tablet) are automatically connected to the best WLAN network of your Internet-Box. With its in-built WLAN mesh technology, the WLAN range can be easily extended using the WLAN-Box.

HD telephony
The Internet-Box has a state-of-the-art integrated telephone base station, which connects with your HD-Phone at the touch of a button. Enjoy crystal-clear sound quality when making calls to other HD-Phones – the person you are calling will sound as if they are in the same room. To benefit from this, you will need a fixed IP network connection and a CAT-iq-certified telephone.

Guest WLAN
Activate an additional WLAN network for your guests so they can easily surf the web without accessing your data or password.

Expert functions
The Internet-Box web portal offers additional home networking, processing power, LAN and WLAN bandwidth diagnostic functions.
