When can I renew my mobile subscription and take advantage of a discounted smartphone?
You can extend your mobile subscription at any time and benefit from a discounted smartphone, provided certain conditions are met. We will inform you in My Swisscom when you are eligible to extend your mobile subscription.
How do I obtain a discounted smartphone?
1. Choose a new smartphone from the Online Shop.
2. During the ordering process, select “Renew current subscription”.
3. Log in if you are not already logged in.
4. Complete the order.
If I renew my mobile subscription, what is the length of the new contract?
Depending on the chosen device and subscription, the minimum contract duration is either 12 or 24 months. 6 months after purchasing a discounted phone, you can once again benefit from a promotion.
Does my subscription renew automatically? And will I still receive my loyalty offer afterwards?
Your contractual relationship will continue until a possible termination. It does not matter for the receipt of a loyalty offer whether you want to extend your subscription early or only after the respective minimum contract term has expired.
What is Swisscom Buyback and how does it work?
Buyback is a Swisscom scheme allowing you to return your old device. Based on its condition and model, you will receive a credit towards the purchase price of a new device.
How do I modify my existing mobile subscription?
