At conventional insurance companies, you pay the premium for the entire insurance year in advance; if you want a shorter payment interval, this is usually associated with additional costs. With Swisscom, you pay monthly without incurring any additional costs.

Report damage via My Swisscom or by phone. As soon as you have described the damage and provided any documents, we check the details. You will receive an insurance payment if everything is in order. 

What if my circumstances have changed and I want to make adjustments to my insurance? You can do this quickly and easily via My Swisscom – or simply call us directly at 0800 800 909. We are here for you and can usually make any adjustments by the next day.

No longer happy? You can terminate the agreement with 14 days notice to the end of every month.
