Information pursuant to Article 45 of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA)
Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd, Alte Tiefenaustrasse 6, 3050 Bern, and Swisscom Services Ltd, Alte Tiefenaus-trasse 6, 3050 Bern, are authorised to act as tied insurance intermediaries on behalf of the insurance companies listed below. Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd is the digital platform operator, while the employees of Swisscom Services Ltd provide advisory services.
Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd and Swisscom Services Ltd have a contractual relationship with their respec-tive insurance companies. Both receive commission for each policy arranged. Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd and Swisscom Services Ltd also have a cooperation agreement with the insurance companies, authorising Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd and Swisscom Services Ltd to provide portfolio management services along-side the brokerage of insurance contracts.
