Services suspended?

Your Swisscom services have been suspended as you still have unpaid bills outstanding. To be able to start using your services again, please pay the total amount outstanding directly in My Swisscom.

A charge of CHF 40.– applies to remove a suspension. It can take up to 2 hours for the service to be restored. After the service is activated, switch your mobile phone off and on again to allow it to log back into the network.
