To help us isolate the fault, please state the device on which you noticed the issues. To help us identify the device, we advise using the device’s MAC address (e.g. C4:E5:32:25:DF:45), the local IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.121) or the device name (e.g. Rick Astleys iPhone). If multiple devices are affected, you can state all the names or simply enter ‘Multiple’ in the box.
