Viewing and understanding your Swisscom bill

View bill

In My Swisscom, you can view all your outstanding, paid and overdue bills at any time. New bills become available from the 4th or 5th of the month.

Bill by e-mail

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your new Swisscom bill is available. For security reasons, you will not receive the bill as a PDF, as there has been an increase in fraudsters circulating fake invoices.

Unusual bill

Your Swisscom bill may differ from the usual amount for the following reasons:

  • Payment reminder: If you fail to pay your bill on time after the initial free reminder, you will be charged a reminder fee of CHF 30.–.
  • Phone unblocking: We charge CHF 40.– if your phone needs to be unblocked.
  • Payment at a Swiss Post counter/in the Swisscom Shop: If you pay your bill at a Swiss Post counter, you will be charged an additional CHF 3.90. There is a charge of CHF 6.90 in the Swisscom Shop. Free payment options

If you change your subscription before the end of the month, the bill will include the costs of both your old and your new subscriptions. The costs will be charged pro rata according to the number of days you were on each subscription.

You will receive a single bill for all of your Swisscom products, thus giving you a better overview and less administration to do. If you would like separate bills, please contact us.

If you have an outstanding balance from the previous month and it is less than CHF 50.–, we will carry the amount over to the next billing month.

If you pay for apps, music, snacks or calls to 0900 numbers with Swisscom Pay or Premium SMS, these costs will appear on your Swisscom bill.
