The network lies at the heart of what we do. This is how we provide Switzerland with particularly powerful and superfast broadband technologies. By the end of 2025, we will be expanding our fibre-optic network coverage in Switzerland to around 55 percent.
We want to make the upcoming connection process as easy as possible for you by providing you with the following information: as a rule, your property will be connected to Swisscom’s fibre-optic network free of charge, so that you too can benefit from top Internet speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s. Swisscom will inform you in advance about the expansion. The Swisscom network construction partner then has the power of attorney to conclude the contract with you and to carry out the work on the network and on the building.
