The remote for Swisscom Box and Swisscom Box 21 delivers a perfect experience for using your Swisscom set top box. It contains all necessary keys to control precisely the TV service, the program guide, and the apps. 4 shortcuts keys allow quick access to the most used services.

Using a Bluetooth low energy connection, it can be used without pointing it to the set top box. The remote for Swisscom Box and Swisscom Box 21 has a microphone to use the voice control feature, and an IR emitter to control the volume of your TV set.

Returns

You can send ordered items back by post in the original, sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days, free of charge. It is not possible to return items if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed, or if the 14-day period has expired.
