Find the right fit with the Galaxy sizing kit. Galaxy Rings may differ in size from regular rings. It is therefore important to order a free Galaxy sizing kit when you order your Galaxy Ring so that you can find the right size for your finger.
Important
Choose one of the sample rings and wear it for more than a day to ensure that it feels comfortable. Do not open your Galaxy Ring until you are certain that the size you ordered fits you. It is not possible to return your Galaxy Ring if the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed.

Step 1:
Order the Ring and the sizing kit
Add the Samsung Galaxy Ring and the sizing kit to your basket and place your order. If you order it at the same time as a Samsung Galaxy Ring, the sizing kit is free.
Step 2:
Use the sizing kit to check your size
Wear the ring from the sizing kit in the Ring size you ordered for at least 24 hours. Do not remove the Samsung Galaxy Ring from the packaging until you are certain that the size you ordered fits you.
Step 3:
Get started with Samsung AI
As long as the size you ordered fits, you can remove the Samsung Galaxy Ring from the packaging and start wearing it. The sizing kit can either be kept or returned to one of our Shops.
Step 4:
Return the Ring if it is the wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size, please send the Samsung Galaxy Ring back unopened and in its original packaging or take it to one of our Shops. You will receive a credit note allowing you to reorder the Samsung Galaxy Ring in the correct size.
