Our partner Recommerce Swiss takes care of the entire smartphone refurbishing process, returning the pre-used product to a resellable condition. Our refreshed smartphones undergo thorough testing, including several quality controls to provide the following guarantees:

  • A thorough antibacterial cleaning process
  • More than 80% of the original battery capacity guaranteed

Refreshed Smartphones are available in two quality levels: «Premium» (as new) and «Basic» (good condition).

This refreshed smartphone is sold as «Basic» (good condition):

  • Screen: some visible scratches
  • Body and edge: noticeable scratches

  • Device may contain new and compatible CE certified parts.
  • Scratches are excluded from the warranty provisions.
