• Costs for legal representation on agreement with the insurer
  
• Costs for required expert opinions
  

• Costs of proceedings involving courts and authorities
  

• Costs for restoring data on devices, databases or cloud accounts of the persons insured
  

• Costs for removing the virus or resetting the device if virus removal is not possible. If the device reset fails, you are insured for the costs of a replacement device of equivalent value.
  

• Unauthorised acquisition of the insured property and data by third parties (e.g. through skimming, hacking or theft)
• Misuse of credit, debit, customer or SIM cards
• Misuse of online accounts
  
• Misuse of identity and authentication elements (identity fraud)
  

• Personal injury to insured persons through insults, defamation or slander, visible to third parties via electronic media (e.g. cyberbullying).
  
• Personal injury in the case of the insured person’s main or secondary occupation
  
• Infringement of copyrights in connection with the Internet
  
• Dissemination of criminal content on the Internet by the insured persons
  
• Publication of private images of the insured persons by a third party on the Internet. This must be against the will of the insured persons.
  

• Movable goods (e.g. items such as televisions) and downloads, which were not delivered or only partially delivered 30 days after the agreed delivery date.
  
• Movable goods that were delivered late or in a defective condition. Insurance protection applies for a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the goods. Natural product characteristics, such as wood markings or knots, are not considered a defect.
  

• Physical damage to the digital storage medium
  
• Technical defect of the digital storage medium
  
• Hacker attack or infestation of a digital storage medium with computer viruses or malware
  

The insurance covers the Swisscom customer who joins the group insurance as well as all persons living in the same household in Switzerland.
