More capacity for IT outsourcing: Swisscom takes over the Bonvillars data centre

Swisscom business customers now benefit from more data centre capacity in Western Switzerland. The ICT provider has taken over Philip Morris Products S.A.’s data centre in Bonvillars near Yverdon-les-Bains to meet increased demand for colocation services. The Bonvillars data centre in Western Switzerland is a new addition to Swisscom’s data centre infrastructure and offers companies an additional option for realising georedundant data centre architectures with Swisscom. Data storage in Switzerland is guaranteed.
