Public acquisition of PubliGroupe Ltd: provisional final result at 98.34%

This final result is provisional. Swisscom plans to announce the definitive final result on 29 August 2014, including information on the fulfilment of conditions of the takeover bid according to section 2.7 letters c - k of the offer prospectus. At that time, Swisscom will also be able to indicate the expected completion date.
