I spent six weeks in the summer travelling through Japan with my husband and daughter. We headed off in the camper van in the morning, without knowing where we would sleep that evening.
I love adventures like that. I really appreciate being able to take such a long holiday at one time. The move to agile working has made it easier for a colleague to stand in for me. We work more closely and effectively in a team, the priorities are clearer and the transfer of knowledge is easier. Our team develops solutions for Swisscom's central data warehouse. I work 60% and am not the only person on the team who has decided to work part-time. Fortunately, the cliché that you only get the routine tasks to do when you part-time is not true. I work on exciting projects and am able to achieve a lot.
