On April 6th 2022, the legendary "Best of Kickbox" event finally took place again at beautiful Kraftwerk Selnau. After a long break due to Covid, it was an amazing comeback!

In a multi-stage process, the idea is pushed forward, pitched to juries and - in the best case – launched as new product or service.
The best of Kickbox Event is the largest yearly gathering of the Swisscom Kickbox community, where we celebrate innovation in all its form within the company.
Kicking off in the afternoon, it was filled with highlights of 2021, exciting keynotes, mini-workshops, life-pitches, an exhibition of current innovation projects and much more. It was structured in 3 acts.
Michael Hunkeler, head of Swisscom Kickbox, presented the highlights of 2021. This was followed by a Keynote of one of our successful GoldBoxers and entertaining mini workshops about 3D printing, Creativity and more.
At the end of 2021, Swisscom called all employees to submit fresh ideas for the Internet of Things (IoT). The top 5 of these ideas now had the opportunity to pitch in front of a large live audience and the amazing jury. Stay tuned for more news in the future about the projects who received funding for their BlueBox phase. The block was concluded by the Kickbox fair, where guests could discover the hottest new Kickbox-projects.
Lukas Hohl, CEO of Swisscom Blockchain, kicked off with an engaging keynote about "Organisational Ambidexterity” and its relevance for Swisscom. It was at this point that the audience could celebrate the winners of the IoT Pitches and congratulate them during the following apero.

In the multi-stage process, you will be accompanied by a coach to drive your idea forward, learn a lot and, in the best case, make your idea really big!
