Corporate Responsibility

The well-being of our employees counts

We have once again been awarded the Friendly Work Space label - and of course we are delighted! But this is no coincidence: in this article, you can find out what we do as an employer to promote the well-being and health of our employees and what our employees can take advantage of.

Swisscom relies on effective occupational health management and looks after the health and well-being of its employees. This pays off twice over, because when employees are well, the company is well too. We have now once again been awarded the Friendly Workspace Label(opens in new tab). We were even able to improve on our last rating.

This is what the Friendly Workspace Label recognises us for

We were assessed on the basis of 25 quality criteria for occupational health management. The label analyses the way in which Swisscom interacts with its employees as part of its health management and HR policy, the strategies it pursues and the measures it implements, for example in the following areas:

  • Reconciling work and private life
  • Offering occupational health management in the areas of prevention, early detection and reintegration
  • Social commitment and care within the company and by employees
  • Environmental protection within the company
  • Analysing health indicators such as absences or stress levels and the specific measures derived from them

Company health management offers our employees a wide range of programmes. Some examples are:

  • SKILLup learning paths on the topic of Health & Wellbeing
  • Diverse courses on the topic of mental health
  • Regular activity weeks on specific topics
  • Counselling and support from Care Gate on all matters relating to work and life situations and when it comes to health, well-being, motivation & performance
  • Move! Offers in the areas of sport, culture and health

Being part of Swisscom means: living flexible working models, receiving attractive fringe benefits, actively shaping things together in diverse teams, working in a culture of trust and for a sustainable, fair company in a modern working environment.
