Customer satisfaction is the top priority at Swisscom. That’s why the company is now rewarding its customers with a new loyalty programme. ‘With ‘Swisscom Benefits’, we want to say  ‘thank you’ to our customers – particularly those who have been with us a bit longer. New benefits will be added all the time. So it pays to check in regularly’, says Dirk Wierzbitzki, Head of Residential Customers and member of the Group Executive Board. Starting today, customers with a broadband or mobile contract will find attractive offers on the new platform on a regular basis. There is also an annual loyalty gift, which will be communicated to customers individually in the course of the year.

Swisscom Benefits does not require registration and is automatically available as a separate section on the My Swisscom App for all customers with a broadband or mobile contract as of today. To kick things off, the following special deals (among others) are available for all residential customers (excl. prepaid): monthly recurring competitions, reduced-price tickets for home matches of the Swiss national football team, permanently reduced ticket prices for blue Cinema cinemas, TVs with exclusive discounts, discounted smartphones and much more.
