The 171 testers for the connect Mobile Shop Test inspected 356 mobile phone shops in cities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Each shop was visited twice, examining criteria including shop layout and facilities, ambiance, attitude of shop staff and the quality of tariff, device and service advice given. Swisscom’s modern, high-quality shop design and excellent consulting service scored particularly high. According to connect, Swisscom has a number of outstanding Shops in Switzerland. This year, the Shop in Lausanne ranked the highest.
