Microsoft Teams Telephony Mobile combines the mobile network and Microsoft Teams in a single app. This means that one mobile number can be used to make national and international calls via Teams anywhere on any device. SME employees can therefore make calls from their preferred mobile number directly through Teams and benefit from a consistent presence status, voice mail and call history across all devices. This guarantees seamless communication between fixed network, mobile telephony and Teams calls, whether you are using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. Swisscom is thus setting new standards in end-to-end communications for SMEs.
