Earthquake disaster in Nepal: Swisscom and its employees donate 250,000 francs to Swiss Solidarity

Last week Swisscom launched a company-wide fund appeal for the earthquake victims in Nepal. Employees donated a total of more than 100,000 francs. Swisscom will double that amount, bringing the total donation from Swisscom and its employees to Swiss Solidarity to 250,000 francs. “We have all been deeply affected by the disaster in Nepal and the suffering it has caused. This is reflected in the concern shown by our employees,” says Res Witschi, Head of Corporate Responsibility at Swisscom.
