Klementina Pejic

Klementina Pejic has been Head of Group Human Resources and a member of the Swisscom Group Executive Committee since 2021 and a member of the Executive Committee (Management Board) Swisscom Switzerland since April 2025. She completed her Master’s in International Business at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts and her EPSCI (ESSEC) in Cergy-Pontoise, France. Klementina Pejic has 19 years of national and international experience in HR advisory services and in a wide range of HR fields. She began her career as a consultant at Watson Wyatt AG in Zurich in 2001. In 2003, she switched to Clariant, where she worked in various strategic and operational HR roles. In early 2018, she took over the leadership of Group Human Resources.
