Eugen Stermetz

Eugen Stermetz has been Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee since 2021 and a member of the Execuitve Committee (Management Board) Swisscom Switzerland since April 2025. He has held leading financial positions at Swisscom since 2012, including CFO of the Holdings unit and head of M&A and Treasury. In addition, he is Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the comPlan pension fund. Before his time at Swisscom, he was CFO for 10 years in fast-growing technology companies in the software and biotechnology sectors. He started his career as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group. He graduated in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic.oec.HSG) and completed his studies with a doctorate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
