When you’re doing a Step-in graduate internship, you’ll never have to make the coffee. Unless, of course, you really want to. But you won't have much time for that: As a Step-in intern, you will push ahead with your own projects, gain important professional experience and lay the groundwork for your professional career.

What to expect

As a Step-in graduate intern, you will work on several projects, using your own initiative to drive them forward over a period spanning three to twelve months. This lets you put into practice the knowledge you gained during your degree.

At the same time, you will benefit from the expertise of your experienced team members. You will also gain a deeper understanding of the ICT world and have the chance to familiarise yourself with other areas. Step-in events give you an opportunity to get to know other graduate interns and help you build up your network.
