Graduate IT Trainee programme

Either following your degree or master’s course or as part of your studies, we offer the perfect start to your IT career. Over a period of 12 to 18 months, you will work in IT projects of varying lengths at an employment level of 60 to 100% and be introduced to different business areas throughout the Group. You are free to select these from an internal marketplace according to your interests or arrange your own!

You will also have the opportunity to attend various workshops on agility, human-centered design or intrapreneurship. This will allow you to get to know Swisscom in all its diversity. And throughout the programme, you will benefit from the support and expertise of an experienced mentor.

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or technology at tertiary level (e.g. from a Federal Institute of Technology or the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL)) that was completed within the past 12 months. Or you are currently on a master’s course and are looking for a technically challenging part-time role.
