Timo Herrmann

I joined the junior customer service manager programme after completing my bachelor’s degree in business information technology. Over the three-year programme, I receive coaching from more experienced colleagues, from whom I am learning how to build trusting, sustainable relationships with customers. We give the customers a voice by listening to their needs and working with internal specialists to find the right solutions. I greatly value this direct contact.

In my free time, I like to completely switch off from work and burn off my energy doing different team sports; gymnastics and uni hockey in particular. Sport is an important part of my life. Something that both Swisscom and team sport have in common is that you always have time for your team mates.
