I moved to Lausanne after my apprenticeship at Swisscom in Chur. A leap of faith that accelerated both my personal and professional growth.
Having been with Swisscom for 25 years, I have led various teams, gained strategic experience, kept up with my CPD – and also became a mother. Today, I am scrum master for a Customer Care team.
Team development is very important to me. In my career, I have seen for myself the difference that soft skills make in everyday life. Now, I pass on what I have learnt and help people move forward. Two key factors are understanding your own needs and values as well as psychological safety. I support a psychologically safe environment in which people feel able to speak up about mistakes, contribute ideas and dare to do more. This leads to open communication, better collaboration and innovation. Learning with and from each other as a team is also important to me.
