Martina has been an integral part of Swisscom for ten years. Her journey began in Occupational Health Management, where she played a key role in the introduction of the "Friendly Workspace" label. Today, as Tribe Chief in Group Security, her responsibilities include onboarding new employees, cultural initiatives and security awareness. Her most exciting projects include the Security Escape Room in Zurich and the growing Hacktober event.
