Corporate Responsibility
Committed, likeable and eager to learn - in this Walk & Talk episode, Marianne Temerowski, Tribe Chief at Data & Analytics, takes us on her learning journey.
With her incredible drive and her curiosity and openness, Marianne enjoys discovering the multifaceted internal and external development opportunities at Swisscom.
In addition to mentoring, networking and on-the-job exchanges with her peers, Marianne expands her expertise as follows: "I certainly attend at least one on-site training course every year. I do quite a lot of online training, for example on LinkedIn, where I find a lot of exciting things, as well as on the AWS platform. Then I read quite a few books - including on Blinkist, with whom we have a partnership as Swisscom."
Marianne greatly appreciates learning with and from each other and is therefore also committed to internal Swisscom communities such as the Women's Empowerment Community, where diversity is practised in various dimensions: "What I like best about diversity at Swisscom is how committed the company is to the topic. It starts with making diversity measurable. This is a very, very important milestone in the repeater of diversity."
She sees her contribution to diversity within Swisscom as follows: "As a management employee, I try to live diversity in everyday life, i.e. at every moment, from talent attraction to recruitment, development, promotion and talent management, I always try to consider all people equally in their differences."
