The best ICT vocational trainer 2023
Tania Prader from Swisscom was named Best ICT Vocational Trainer 2023. In this article, she gives an insight into her feelings about this award.
Yesterday evening, I was named the best ICT vocational trainer of 2023 as part of the ICT Education & Training Award. My joy is huge!!! 😃 This award is the highest appreciation I can receive from my learners and from the project providers at Swisscom. It makes me very proud and is a great honour and appreciation for all vocational trainers 🚀
«Tania Prader has over 40 apprentices under her care. It is not a matter of course that they still feel well looked after and are empowered to get the best out of themselves, says jury member Giancarlo Palmisani. One apprentice writes: Tania is the best trainer for me because I can count on her in every situation. She has the perfect mix of strictness and humour and approaches her work with a lot of helpfulness.»
