We are now recruiting according to the motto "people before dossiers". This means that you no longer have to submit an application dossier with certificates, letters of motivation, etc. The aim is to focus on you as a person and not to analyse your dossier.

What you should look out for before applying

At the beginning, it is important that you think about which shop you would like to do your apprenticeship in, and it makes sense to visit the individual shops in your area to get an idea of what they are like. You also have the opportunity to visit a shop and ask for a taster apprenticeship to get to know the shop and the staff a little better.

This is how the retail application process works

As soon as you have a favourite shop, you can start the application process. All you have to do is enter your contact details here. You will then receive an email with a link for a time-delayed video interview. You will be asked a few questions so that we can get a first impression of you. This video is considered an official application and it is no longer necessary to send your application documents. You have three days to complete this video interview. Once the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to access the link or reapply. If you convince us, we will invite you to the next step, the Junior Experience Day in a shop.

How does a Junior Experience Day work

You are one step ahead and we look forward to getting to know you personally. At a JED, you have the opportunity to experience a day as a retail apprentice with your future team. On this day, you can look forward to various practical assignments, a personal interview and the opportunity to get to know the whole team.

Acceptance or rejection of the apprenticeship

After completing your Junior Experience Day, the shop manager will discuss with their team and decide together whether they would like to offer you an apprenticeship in their shop. You will be contacted with the decision within the next two weeks after the JED.    We wish you every success in your search for a suitable apprenticeship.
