The salary increase of 1.3% will take effect from 1 April 2025 for the 9,500 Swisscom employees subject to the collective employment agreement. Most employees will receive a general salary increase to account for inflation. The amount will vary depending on their position in the salary band. Another part of the sum is earmarked for individual salary increases. Employees whose salary is above the salary band will receive a one-off payment.

Klementina Pejic, Head of Group Human Resources, Swisscom:
“In 2024, Swisscom employees showed great commitment towards our customers and to Swisscom. We have achieved good results. We express our sincere thanks for this with this year’s salary agreement, which takes inflation into account, especially for those on lower salaries. As a good employer, it is important for us to pay market-driven salaries in addition to attractive fringe benefits. I am therefore pleased with the agreement reached with the social partners.”

Daniel Hügli, Head of ICT at the trade union syndicom:
“With this salary agreement, we have succeeded in ensuring that the employees can also enjoy a significant share in the company’s success. The salary increase also exceeds last year’s rate of inflation, which smooths the way for real wage increases to be implemented. This continuous salary development is the result of negotiations on an equal footing, based on the collective employment agreement and a proven social partnership.” Contact: daniel.huegli@syndicom.ch; +41 79 833 40 66

Marika Schaeren, Head of ICT, transfair:
“The 2025 salary agreement is a gratifying result for transfair. Our main concern was that the salary increases should at the very least match inflation, in order to maintain purchasing power, and that all employees should benefit. Thanks to constructive negotiations, we were able to achieve this objective to a large extent, particularly for the lower income groups.” Contact: +41 79 247 35 30
