Terms and conditions of the blue Mobile offer 

Exclusively online

Sign up to a new blue Mobile 24-month subscription by 21 July and take advantage of the following offers:

  • blue Mobile M 49.90/mo. for 6 months and 59.90/mo. thereafter Price includes a 20.– package discount
  • 200.– welcome gift, credited to the bill of each new mobile subscription, & free activation worth 59.90.– 

Includes package discount benefit:

  • blue Mobile M 49.90/mo. for 6 months and 59.90/mo. thereafter
  • Valid in combination with a blue Internet subscription from Swisscom
  • Minimum contract term is 24 months, unless you commit to a higher minimum contract term as part of another promotion when you sign up
  • Promotion is not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions or switching from prepaid to a subscription
  • The promotion can be combined with other promotions, such as the free 6 months of Disney+ standard with advertising

What conditions apply to the switch offer?

The switch offer enables individual customers or entire households, irrespective of possible contractual terms with other providers, to enjoy blue Mobile and the many associated benefits. Switching costs are repaid for early number porting when a 12-month contract is signed for blue Mobile S, M or L (excludes porting from Coop Mobile, M-Budget and Wingo).

Switching costs are the costs incurred when you terminate a contract before the end of the minimum contract term (usually 12 months). In the case of early termination of contract, costs generally consist of the remaining subscription fees or device instalments (number of months until the end of the contract times subscription fee or device instalments). An administrative fee might be added depending on the provider.

The costs for device instalments are included in the reimbursement. A porting request or the termination of a subscription for a device paid in instalments automatically raises a final bill for the device paid in instalments.

The repayment will only be made if the following criteria are met:

  • Porting request within the valid period
  • Signing of a 12-month contract for blue Mobile S, M or L.
  • No porting from M-Budget, Coop Mobile or Wingo
  • Correct and due transfer of the full final bill to Swisscom (no later than 3 months after signing the contract)

What conditions apply to the Disney+ offer?

Contract details and conditions

  • When you sign up to a new blue Mobile M contract, you will be credited for 6 months of Disney+ standard with advertising (worth 47.40 in total (6 x 7.90/mo.)
  • Credit available after order placement and e-mail address disclosure.

Activation of the Disney+ offer

  • The Disney+ option will be activated automatically after the activation of blue Mobile.
  • The free 6 months will commence immediately upon activation of the option.
  • 7.90 in credit will be deducted from the bill every month for the first 6 months.

Contractual terms and conditions of the Disney+ offer

  • The Disney+ option can be linked to a Disney account here.
  • Once linked, a charge of 7.90/mo. will apply for the Disney+ option after the end of the promotion.
  • If the option is not linked to a Disney account, there will be no charge after 6 months.

Possible switching of the Disney+ subscription

  • During the credited 6 months, you can switch from Disney+ Standard with ads to standard without advertising or the premium subscription model.
  • Until the end of the 6 months, you will continue to receive the 7.90 credit and pay the difference for the higher option.
  • By switching, you agree to a minimum contract term of 12 months (effective from the date of the switch).
  • It is not possible to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription before the end of the Disney+ 12-month minimum contract term.
  • A notice period of 1 month applies for all subscriptions (starting from the end of the minimum contract term in the case of an annual subscription).
  • If you already have a Disney+ subscription with Disney, you may be charged twice. If your existing Disney+ subscription is billed by a third party, you must manage your account directly with that third party to take advantage of the Swisscom promotion. The terms and conditions of Disney+ apply.

Consequences of contract cancellation or early termination

  • In the event of cancellation or early termination of the contract or your withdrawal from the contract, you will be liable to repay the Disney+ credit received plus a fixed fee of 200.–.

Offer for existing Swisscom customers

  • Within the 6 credited months, customers may only benefit from the Disney+ offer once, even if they purchase blue Mobile and blue Internet at the same or different times.

Smartphone discounts

  • Discount varies depending on the selected subscription and smartphone.

Fair use policy

The mobile subscriptions are for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Abroad, subscriptions are for normal personal use during travel and temporary stays. Swisscom reserves the right to discontinue or restrict the service at any time or take other appropriate action if it shows that usage deviates significantly from normal levels (e.g. use primarily outside Switzerland), or if there is evidence that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. monitoring applications, machine-to-machine, direct inward dialling or continuous connections).
