Irem's journey began with a focus in the frontend domain, particularly in reporting and Power BI. Her first major project was Genesys. This platform allows businesses to interact with their customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. It was a lesson in customer interaction and data-driven solution development. In the process, she notonly learned how to create tailored reporting solutions for different external clients but also how to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.But that was just the beginning. Irem quickly discovered that our team had much more to offer than just a specific role. The company's flexibility allowed her to broaden her horizons and explore new paths. "I wanted to delve deeper into the backend and understand the complexity of the data structure behind the reports," she says. "Thanks to the support of Swisscom, I was able to steer my career in that direction."
