Microsoft Teams training: working with Microsoft Teams
Our training courses teach your employees how to use Microsoft 365 (M365) efficiently in their daily work.
The courses provide an overview of the settings, channels and file storage in Teams. We also go into greater depth on additional apps such as OneNote, Whiteboard and Planner.

If you plan to roll out Microsoft 365 or are already using it, employee training is an important consideration. It enables your employees to make full use of M365 to increase efficiency and improve collaboration.

Our M365 training in detail
We offer two modules that you can select individually or together. Our modules are standardised, but can be adapted to your needs. We provide our training online via Teams in your Microsoft 365 environment.
Module 1: Teams Basic
Microsoft Teams basics
- A practical introduction to Microsoft Teams and the basic features
- Using channels to organise projects and collaboration
- Using always-available chats, project (channel) conversations and meetings to stay in touch
- Document collaboration and co-authoring
- Hints and tips for working with Microsoft Teams
Module 2: Teams Advanced
Data storage and tools
- File storage and using it efficiently in day-to-day work (participants learn how to use OneDrive personal cloud storage and SharePoint, the platform for enterprise collaboration; to grant access rights, for example)
- Managing teams and adding members (permissions)
- Use of applications such as Planner and OneNote for efficient project work and collaboration
- Using Microsoft Teams and apps on a smartphone/tablet
- Practical exercises using the features and tools of Microsoft Teams with scenarios and tips from typical work days
- Tips on successfully introducing new ways of working with Microsoft Teams for your employees
