You can find an overview of the third-party cookies, tracking technologies and social media plugins used on the Swisscom business customers website and in the My Swisscom Business on the online data protection pages of Swisscom.
When registering for Business Newsletters or ordering/downloading documents from the Swisscom business customers website, you agree that Swisscom may process your entries in accordance with the General Data Protection Statement and the Online Data Protection Statement from Swisscom.
You can unsubscribe from individual, or all, mailing lists on your profile page. There is a link to this in every newsletter.
By registering for an event or a Swisscom business customers webinar, you give your consent for Swisscom to also display, edit, analyse and use your information internally for any subsequent processing. When registering for a webinar, please note that the login information provided in the form will be forwarded to LogMeIn, Inc. and used to conduct the webinar. LogMeIn’s separate privacy policy shall apply.
If you wish to object to the processing of your data, please send a
corresponding message to: trend.marketing@swisscom.com
Please note that no data will be deleted that we process otherwise to fulfil our contractual obligations with you/your company or as part of your customer relationship.

It covers contracted data processing in accordance with both the (revised) Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR):
