The most used fixed network and mobile functions

Managing the most frequently used fixed network and mobile functions via the Inventory continue to the Inventory in My Swisscom Business.

Fixed network

The following settings can be made in My Swisscom Business:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Manage Callfilter and block numbers The Callfilter automatically blocks unwanted advertising calls.
  • Forward calls with «Stay available»

  • Enterprise Telephony App (only with inOne SME Office and Smart Business Connect) Make audio calls using your business landline number, even when you're out of the office.

inOne SME Office

  1. (opens in new tab)Open(opens in new tab) «Inventory»
  2. Search for «inOne SME Office»
  3. Open drop-down menu with blue arrow symbol (>) on the left
  4. Open «Settings» via the dot symbol (...) to the right of «Business Telephony» "Business Telephony 

Smart Business Connect

  • Forward calls with «Stay available»
