No, it is a freephone number. However, if a service is requested without a subscription, a charge of CHF 40.—/15 minutes will apply for the service. The price of the support will always be agreed with the customer before work starts.
How long does telephone-based support take on average?
Depending on the issue, a consultation can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, a minimum contract term of 12 months applies for all new subscriptions. If an additional option is added, the minimum contract period of the All-In package is extended by a further 12 months.
Can the additional option be added at any time?
Yes, a My Service Business option (Workplace or On-site) can be added at any time. Options are only available in combination with a My Service Business All-In package.
