blue TV Host/Host advanced requires a working business Internet connection and up-to-date domestic cabling (CAT 6 cables). Once these physical requirements are in place, the service can be installed and activated within a day.
Can I take advantage of the offer for individual rooms?
Yes, that is possible. However, in the case of blue TV Host advanced, you need to take out a subscription for a minimum of 10 rooms. There is no minimum subscription requirement for blue TV host.
Can blue TV Host and blue TV Host advanced be used in break rooms, lobbies or common rooms?
Yes, that is permitted. The solution may also be used in lounges, lobbies, terraces, spa areas, etc.
How is support provided? Who can I contact if issues arise, particularly at the weekend?
