How to make a successful referral
Share your personal referral code with your network
As an inOne SME office customer, you’ll find your referral code in your product overview in My Swisscom Business. You can use the share function to pass it to your network and make a referral.
Use of the referral code by your network
Recipients of your referral code must enter this when ordering the inOne SME office product online. If they have a My Swisscom Business login, they can order the product directly there. If they are a new customer without a My Swisscom Business login, they can place the order using the inOne SME office product configurator. To reap the rewards of Connect & Benefit, recipients must enter the referral code during the ordering process.
Your shared rewards
After a successful referral, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your referral code has been used. CHF 400.– will be credited to your next invoice. The recipient will receive their new inOne SME office product free of charge for the first four months.

What is Connect & Benefit?
Swisscom’s Connect & Benefit is a referral offering with shared rewards. Existing customers have the option of recommending inOne SME office to their network. For every successful referral, they are rewarded with CHF 400.– in the form of an invoice credit. Recipients of the referral who take out a new inOne SME office subscription also receive a reward in the form of a waived subscription fee for the first four months.
Who can take advantage of this offer?
Swisscom’s Connect & Benefit is aimed at existing customers with an inOne SME office product. Anyone who does not yet have an inOne SME office product can also take advantage of this offer if they receive a referral code from an existing customer.
Which product is covered by the offer?
The offer is valid for referrals for the inOne SME office product. The referral code can only be used for online orders of the inOne SME office product with a minimum term of contract of 24 or 36 months. The inOne SME office light+ product is excluded from this offer.
Where can I find my personal referral code?
You’ll find your referral code in My Swisscom Business in the product overview for your inOne SME office subscription under Contract information. You can use the integrated share function to pass it on to your network by e-mail.
How can I use a referral code?
To take advantage of this offer, you must enter the received referral code when ordering your inOne SME office product online. If you have a My Swisscom Business login, you can place the order directly from your account.
If you are a new customer or do not have a My Swisscom Business login, you can order the product via the inOne SME office order page. Select the desired internet, service and telephony options there and confirm your selection by clicking ‘Order’. In the order form, you can then enter the received referral code in the Connect & Benefit section and complete your order.
How often can my referral code be used?
You can share your referral code with your network as often as you like. The referral code can be used for multiple orders of the inOne SME office product.
Can I use my own referral code?
No, your referral code can only be used by others in your network. It is not permitted to use your own referral code when placing an order for yourself.
How am I notified about a successful referral?
When someone from your network completes an order using your referral code, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the successful referral. This e-mail will confirm that CHF 400.– will be credited to your next monthly invoice.
If you are the recipient of the referral and enter the referral code you received when ordering, you will see in the order overview that you can enjoy Connect & Benefit for free for the first four months.
When will I receive the credit after a successful referral?
Your credit will be offset against your next monthly invoice. If the invoice amount is less than the credit, the remaining credit amount will be carried over to the next month.
The recipient of the referral will be able to use the inOne SME office product free of charge for the first four months. After this period, the monthly fees will be calculated according to the chosen product options.

An existing customer with an inOne SME office (excl. inOne SME office light+) subscription will receive a CHF 400.– credit on their next monthly invoice (no cash payment) following successful referral of the inOne SME office product (excl. inOne SME office light+). If the invoice amount is less than the credit, the difference will be carried over to the following month.
The referral can be made either to a person with Swisscom products or to a new customer. However, the referral will only be taken into account if the person takes out a new inOne SME office (excl. inOne SME office light+) subscription online with a minimum term of contract of 24 or 36 months and quotes the existing customer’s personal referral code when placing the order. The person will receive the new subscription free of charge for four months, after which a monthly fee will be charged in accordance with the chosen package. The activation fee is CHF 99.90.
This offer is valid until 30 June 2025 and is not available with a simple change of subscription. The Connect & Benefit offer cannot be combined with other promotions. The credit will be forfeited in the event of early termination of the new contract with Swisscom or a switch to an ineligible subscription.
